Digital Accessibility Statement
We are working to make the RED STAR website and service store easier to use for as many visitors as possible, including people with disabilities and older people.
Our working standard
We use WCAG 2.2 as our improvement reference and target Level AA for key pages and journeys. This statement is not a legal certification or a claim that every page is currently complete.
Measures implemented
- Keyboard navigation and a skip-navigation link.
- Visible focus and reduced motion when requested.
- Accessible names for navigation, fields and controls.
- Improved search, filters and forms in the service store.
- Progressive Arabic, English and mobile reviews.
Work is ongoing
Barriers may remain in older content or third-party tools such as WhatsApp and Klaviyo. We record issues and prioritise fixes by their impact on task completion.
